The project, which includes operatories for students and faculty, clinic support, collaborative learning areas aims to create a top facility in oral sciences education and outreach and to provide an overall positive patient experience that is welcoming, calming, and stress-reducing.
This project consisted of new construction of a medical office building on a 6 acre site. It included approximately 50,000 SF on two floors and 1,000 SF penthouse. The primary use is outpatient medical offices with an ambulatory health care space (emergency department) on the first floor.
Ozanne was the construction manager at risk for the new UHHS Rainbow Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.
