CCF Debra Ann November Center For Autism

The Debra Ann November Autism Wing at the Lerner School is a facility designed to educate children with autism. The project consisted of the new construction of a 22,000 SF single story building located adjacent to the existing Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital at Cleveland Clinic’s Shaker Campus.

Beachwood High School

This project included new construction of a gymnasium, and renovation and addition of classroom facilities.

Cleveland Heights & University Heights High School

Ozanne and Gilbane provided construction management at risk services to the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School system for the complete reconstruction of Cleveland Heights High School.

Cleveland Metropolitan Schools

Ozanne, Hammond, Gilbane provided owner’s representative services to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission for Segments 1- 7 of The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools District-Wide Capital Improvements Program. In addition, Ozanne managed the Warm, Safe, Dry initiative that focused on exterior stabilization, ADA improvements, and HVAC improvements to over 120 buildings.

Wellington EV School District New 4-8 Elementary / Middle School

This project consisted of a new 62,967 SF building designed to house grades 4 to 8 with 447 students including an auditorium available to community. The new building was constructed adjacent to the existing high school on the district’s existing property.

Lakewood High School

Article

The Lakewood City Schools Building Program was part of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission Program. The District’s program consisted of renovations and addition for the high school and the construction of three (3) new elementary schools designed to house grades PK-5.
