This project consisted of new construction of a four story mixed-use building with a first floor steel and concrete podium. The upper floors are constructed with wood framing. A multitude of materials were used for the exterior, including brick veneer, metal panels, wood and vinyl sidings. The apartment units have wood cabinets with granite counter tops and the flooring included ceramic tile, luxury vinyl plank, and carpeting. This project was constructed with an adjacent city park which integrated into the site seamlessly to allow first floor tenant outdoor seating opportunities.
