This project included construction of a new 60 unit four-story mixed-use building with a first-floor steel and concrete podium. This project was constructed with an adjacent city park which integrated into the site seamlessly to allow first floor tenant outdoor seating opportunities. Construction was fast paced, and an early site bid package allowed the work to be completed in 14 months.
