iPromise Housing is a 71,670 SF, 50-unit multifamily housing project in Akron, OH developed in partnership with East Akron Neighborhood Development Corporation (EANDC) and the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF). Ozanne served as the construction-manager-at-risk for the wood framed 3-story building. The building features a split level concept to coincide with the site topography. This was the largest Ozanne self-performance carpentry project to date. The project is also green communities compliant.
