The project consisted of new construction of a load bearing masonry structure with barjoist and metal decking to house a building trades program for the school district. Ozanne completed the building and sitework within 8 months start to finish to allow the district to begin the school year in their new home. The majority of the interior was large open spaces with polished concrete floors and painted walls & roof structure.
