NEORSD Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan

The Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) program at the Nine Mile site was designed to drastically reduce the combined sewer overflows in the easterly service area during wet weather. The program consisted of 4 major projects, the Euclid Creek Storage Tunnel, Nine Mile Electrical Substation, Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station, and the Dugway Storage Tunnel. The depths of the tunnels range between 190 to 220 feet below the surface.
