Ozanne was the general contractor for Nordson’s new corporate headquarters facility in Westlake, Ohio. Their 30,000 SF world headquarters now features the latest in teleconferencing and corporate digital communications systems. The project achieved a LEED Silver Rating. This rating was reached through the redevelopment of the 15 acre brownfield site, energy efficiency, open lighting, and ponds and retention basins in the grassy areas.
