Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office (OPSO) Recovery Program

The OPSO Recovery Program consisted of the rehabilitation, repair, restoration, replacement, and hazard mitigation of the infrastructure and public facilities operated by the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Marlin N. Gusman. The program included the design and construction of the following projects:

• New Kitchen/Warehouse & Central Plant
• Inmate Housing / Intake Processing Center /Administration Complex
• Templeman V Housing Repairs
• South White Female Holding Facility Repairs
• 500-Bed Temporary Housing
• Conchetta Locking System
