In the early 1990s Ozanne renovated the housing units at Riverside Estates under contract with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. Ozanne returned to Riverside in 2005 with Lowenstein Durante Architects to design and construct 62 town home units and a 28-unit elderly apartment building. The project was a finalist for a NAHRO award for design-build projects.
