When I was 15 (1968) I passed my novice class license exam and at 16 I passed the general. I was able to send and receive code at 20wpm. I spent most of my time on 15M voice and made QSOs all over the world. Once I got a car I spent little time on the air. Now that I am 70 I am going to see how amateur radio has transitioned from analog to digital by getting back on 15 and 40 meters, CW and voice. I am not as good with the CW key as I used to be.
