Joe is a Senior Project Manager and has been with Ozanne since 1995. With 30+ years of experience he has considerable knowledge in all phases of construction from pre-construction to closeout and everywhere in between. Joe is proficient in document and constructability review of large projects. Joe graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Architecture.
