CMHA Headquarters Administrative Campus

Project summary

The new headquarters of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) consisted of the design and construction of infrastructure, a 75,000 SF office building and a 25,000 SF vehicle maintenance and storage area including a fueling station, car wash, 500 car parking area and green space.

CMHA used its affiliated development entity, Western Reserve Development Corporation, to contract for design-build/design-assist services from Ozanne. The project team divided the work in two phases, infrastructure and building, in order to meet funding deadlines.

The project achieved a LEED Silver Rating. We achieved this rating through the redevelopment of the 15 acre brownfield site, energy efficiency, open lighting, and ponds and retention basins in the grassy areas.
