The Northern Ohio Blanket Mills, located one block south of the Clark Avenue and Fulton Road intersection, is a historic preservation/adaptive reuse project that will turn the largest vacant property in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood into 60 multi-family affordable housing units. Amenities will include interior community gathering spaces; gardens; large units with natural lighting; accessible multi-model transit; and supportive services provided on the first floor of the building by a local non-profit.
