Cleveland Hopkins International Airport hired Ozanne as the design/builder to design and construct their new Ground Transportation Center (GTC). The challenge was to fit the GTC into a square site at the north end of the terminal. This new facility provides passengers with covered egress between the terminal and shuttle bus and limousines. Underground utilities for the main terminal crossed this site, including a sanitary sewer lift station which would have to be reinforced, re-wired, and have new pumps installed while maintaining service to the terminal building. Elements of the new GTC include walkways covered with poly carbonate roof structures on steel frames.
