Fifth Third Bank 21st Floor Renovation

This project consisted of renovations and interior office space buildout of bank offices on the 21st floor of Fifth Third Bank Building Seagate Center. The work included preparing for 5-3rd branding and marketing elements. Renovation of the 21st floor common area and restrooms was also included. The project was sensitive due to the floors above and below being occupied. This work required extensive coordination with the owners outside furniture and graphics vendors. Portions of the project were completed for outside vendors ahead of the completion date.
