I PROMISE HOUSING

I PROMISE Housing is a 71,670 sq ft, 50-unit multifamily housing project in Akron, Ohio developed in partnership with East Akron Neighborhood Development Corporation (EANDC) and the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF). Ozanne Construction served as the construction manager at risk for the wood framed 3-story building.

The building features a split level concept to coincide with the site topography. This was the largest Ozanne self performance carpentry project to date. The project is also green communities compliant.
