Ozanne renovated and added onto the existing Laketran facility. The new building addition allows Laketran to store their buses in a heated covered garage. Additional work included renovation of the existing bus maintenance bays. The 15,000 square foot existing office area was renovated as well. Other improvements included exterior envelope improvements. The project was originally conceived with 6 phases of work. Ozanne was able to work with the owner to reduce the phases to 4 which limited the disruption of their ongoing operations.
