This project included new construction of 30,000 square foot shipping and receiving center attached to the existing facility. The building construction is a pre-engineered metal building. The features included 10 truck loading docks and 2 at grade overhead doors for deliveries and interior mezzanines located at each end of the building for offices and storage. The site improvements included semi-truck turn around, staging, as well as employee parking for 150 cars.
