ABOUT

As Director of Preconstruction, Larry has over 35 years of construction related experience. He joined Ozanne in 2009 and manages estimating, constructability reviews, scope reviews, and the procurement process prior to the start of construction. His knowledge of estimating and scheduling provide for accurate quantity surveying and cost estimating. He formerly served as President of American Society of Professional Estimators Local Chapter 28. Larry obtained his Associates degree from University of Toledo in Civil Engineering.
